Bobby Bernstein received her GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® teacher training from Master Trainer Leda Franklin and continues to study with Ms. Franklin and Hilary Cartwright.

Bobby is a professional ballet dancer who has danced with the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, the Washington Ballet, Nashville Ballet and had the honor to dance under the direction of Fernando Bujones with the Orlando Ballet. From a dancer's perspective she finds GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® helps dancers to gain better body awareness which leads to experiencing the joy of dancing pain free.

However, Bobby teaches GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® to people from all walks of life and finds that her clients have overall greater ease and comfort in their bodies and notice improvement in their strength, coordination, and muscle tone.
She enjoys teaching dancers and non-dancers alike of any age. Her sessions are structured to relieve stress and tension while providing a whole body workout with emphasis on the breath. Time is always taken to answer questions, set personal goals and to rehabilitate any injuries her client might have.

Bobby also teaches group GYROKINESIS® classes at Steps on Broadway.
