Michele Moritz is a classically trained dancer and has earned a B.F.A. in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. She has been a certified GYROTONIC® Instructor since 2000 and has acquired the GYROKINESIS® certification, is an active GYROTONIC® Pre Trainer as well as being certified in specialized equipment of GYROTONIC® such as; The Ladder, Jumping Stretching Board, Leg Extension Unit, and has completed the Level II workshop. Michele enjoys introducing the "gyro" techniques to all ages of people. She believes the benefit of this fitness forward work brings a new level of physical health and awareness to all walks of life. Michele looks forward to pursuing a career in the wellness community where she will also incorporate her dance and GYROTONIC® knowledge.
