The handcrafted wooden machines are unique in their form; made out of exotic hardwoods, they are both decorative and functional. Due to popular demand, the Gyrotonic® machines are now being mass manufactured, which makes a workout on Studio Riverside's equipment an individual experience that can be found nowhere else.

During your first few sessions, a licensed instructor
will set up an exercise system uniquely suited to your needs. The exercises are extremely powerful,
performed with a consciousness of breath. They work not only the muscles and joints, but also stimulate and massage the internal organs, resulting in a feeling of rejuvenation and vitality not found elsewhere.
