Jennifer Hardy became inspired to teach GYROTONIC® after she found its amazing ability to heal her four year chronic injury. Ever since, she has devoted much energy into helping others discover their own path to health. She brings her constant exploration of movement as a dancer and study of various forms of body therapies to her teaching. Jennifer has a B.F.A. from The Juillard School where she had the opportunity to study anatomy and physiology with Irene Dowd.  Jennifer has performed with the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Ballet Met, Ballet Internationale and is currently performing with the Elisa Monte Dance Company.
